No! Our residential lawn maintenance clients are not required to sign a binding contract and may cancel services at anytime. By hiring us for weekly lawn maintenance you agree to our Terms of Service.

Weekly mowing is the best option for most lawns. We've recently decided to only accept weekly customers and no longer offer bi-weekly service. Please read why here.

Our pricing is based on the size of your lawn, frequency of services, length of time since last mow, and any additional requests or special considerations. Minimum price for weekly lawn maintenance is $40.

All clients will receive an emailed invoice after service completion with a link to pay online using any debit or credit card.

All of our billing and communications are electronic by default. If you would like to receive paper invoices and reciepts in the mail please let us know.

Yes, we provide all necessary equipment for our services. All of our equipment is commercial grade to ensure the best quality results, reliability, and client satisfaction. Company policy restricts us from ever using equipment other than our own.
