Terms of Service: Shrub and Ornamental Tree Trimming

1. Scope of Services
- Brunner Lawn & Landscape LLC ("Contractor") agrees to provide shrub and ornamental tree trimming services to the Client at the specified location(s) as agreed upon.
- Services may include pruning, shaping, and trimming of shrubs, bushes, and ornamental trees.

2. Service Fees
- The Client agrees to pay the price as stated in the approved estimate, which can be found in their email.

- The Client agrees to store a valid payment card on file prior to service.
- The Client agrees to be billed upon completion of the shrub and ornamental tree trimming service.
- Payment is due on the day of completion of the service and can be made via cash, check, or online payments via debit or credit card.
- Late payments will incur a $10 late fee.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services.
- Contractor reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- A $20 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

4. Property Access
- Client gives permission for all Contractor personnel to be on the property to be serviced during Contractor's regular business hours.
- The Client agrees to provide access to the designated areas for shrub and ornamental tree trimming.
- Contractor is not liable for damage to property or items left in the designated areas.

5. Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to maintain clear communication with the Contractor regarding scheduling, changes, and any issues with the service.
- The Client is responsible for notifying the Contractor of any specific requests or concerns regarding the shrub and ornamental tree trimming.
- The Client agrees to clear the designated areas of any obstacles prior to the scheduled service.

6. Weather Delays
- In the event of inclement weather or unsuitable ground conditions, the Contractor reserves the right to postpone shrub and ornamental tree trimming.
- The Client will be notified of any rescheduling due to weather conditions.
- Shrub and ornamental tree trimming will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient time for both parties.

7. Liability
- Contractor will take reasonable care in performing services but is not liable for damages to property or injury unless caused by negligence.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services.

8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Contractor reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of terms.

9. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Michigan.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.

10. Entire Agreement
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Contractor and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements.

11. Acceptance
- By engaging the services of the Contractor, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
